Scope by phase
Rough-in, trim-out, start-up and the inspection pass, each written out.
Equipment and ratings
Model, tonnage and efficiency for each plan, for your approval.
What is excluded
Anything we do not do, named, so nothing is assumed at trim-out.
The schedule window
The date range for each phase on each lot.

Include the lot count and the date framing finishes.
