Send a plan set for a bid

Tell us the building type and the lot count. A coordinator replies with the scope sheet and a rough-in date once the plan set is in.

Plan set too big for a form? Use the email link and we will take it from there.

What do you need to bid a house?

The plan set with the floor plans and, if you have them, the mechanical sheets. Add the lot count, your equipment spec and the window when framing finishes. We return a scope sheet and a bid that lists each phase.

What if the house is not ready on the crew date?

Call the office by mid-afternoon the day before. We move the crew to the next ready lot on your list. The bid terms say how a return trip is handled when a crew arrives and the house is not ready.

Do you take homeowner service calls?

Not for new customers. We work for builders and general contractors. A homeowner with a failed unit should call a residential service company.
